Nook, Inc. invites you to create your personal island paradise on a deserted island brimming with possibility in Animal Crossing New Horizons. Collect bugs, craft tools, show off your island to others, or bag your bags and visit theirs!
Confession, I’m addicted to Animal Crossing New Horizons by Nintendo! I first learned of the game through social media, of course. It was the beginning of the quarantine, and honestly, I needed something that would act as a distraction. Between mommyhood and life in general these last few months have felt heavy. Unfortunately, I procrastinated and learned that EVERY Nintendo Switch was gone, as in SOLD OUT!
I didn’t let that stop me. I signed up for alerts from Now In Stock, and soon was able to purchase the Nintendo Switch Lite from Wal-Mart. Once it arrived I ordered the game from Amazon, and begin building my “island paradise!” Let me say, releasing this game during the start of the quarantine was genius by Nintendo. It provided a community for people and an escape. It’s also been loads of fun, and I’ve met some cool people along the way.
